From getting estimates, pricing, scheduling, and actual cleaning, everything ran smoothly like a well-oiled machine. Tom responded promptly to all my questions and requests. Tom arrived ahead of schedule which I liked. Before he started washing, he walked me around the house and advised me to put away things that I didn’t want to get wet. He worked 5 hours straight without taking a break! My roof was dirty, moldy, and mossy. Now it looks brand new! Jessie also fixed a few cracks, for a reasonable fee of course. Before he left, we walked around the house again to make sure everything was fine. He also made sure I got my invoices and pictures that I need to submit to my insurance company. I would hire Blue Cardinal Softwash over and over again! Why settle for something less?
Power washed all concrete in our backyard and did a great job. Looks clean and new!
